Lindsay Hargis Post
I, Lindsay H. Post, received my certification in Tibetan Ku Nye therapy in 2013 from the Shang Shung Institute of Tibetan Medicine in Conway, Massachusetts. In March of 2020 I traveled to the Big Island of Hawai’i to study with Shane Johnson in the ancient art of LomiLomi massage. I also have my Level I certification in Plant Spirit Medicine from the Gaia School of Healing and Earth Education.
Prior to receiving the trainings that I have listed above I attended a small art school in Boston, MA. After two & a half years in the city it was time for me to come home to the woods of Vermont where I graduated from Goddard College in 2007. I wrote my undergraduate thesis on ancient megalithic monuments of Great Britain & Ireland. I have a passion for all things stone, sacred, & ancient. As a child I spent lots of time immersed in the magic of my grandparent’s Victorian house exploring all of beautiful items that passed through their antiques business. I learned at a very young age the appreciation of old things. This is also where my love of history began. I would sit with my grandfather while he researched British silver hallmarks and he would share with me all that he knew of the time & place that this pieces were born into.
I have been on the path of wholistic, plant based, earth centered approaches to health & wellbeing for over two decades. I am a life long student of various shamanic practices with a focus on core shamanism.
I cultivate physical, spiritual, and mental health through earth based ritual, Wim Hof Breathing Method, deep connection with my daughter, Shamanic journey practice, sitting by the fire, and sitting in meditation. Learning is the best way to stay young. Blessed Be.
